James Manning returned to Wynne, Ark on Sunday night. William B. Manning died at Wynne, Ark on Jan 9. His son, James Manning arrived here Saturday with the body and the funeral was conducted at the family residence Sunday morning by Rev. Hershey after which the remains were laid to rest in the Mann cemetery. Mr. Manning was 72 years old and is survived by a wife, two sons, William B. of Tony, Alabama and James M. of Wynne, Arkansas and two daughters, Mrs. Nellie Durham and Miss Mary Manning. - thanks to Ericia C.
Note: His daughter, Nellie married Joshua Bell Durham who was born and lived in the Waveland area most of his life.
